It was my first time wearing these cute mid-heels that were given to me as a Christmas gift from my bf. Although they are not that high, I could definitely understand why my physical therapist wants me to wear sneakers with good arch support. My knees were not happy with me lol! The pain got intense, so I gladly changed into more appropriate shoes after taking these pictures.
