Happy New Year! I can’t believe it’s already 2017. I’m back with another outfit of the day post. I paired a few items from my closet with a couple new things. First up are these pants I got from my sister for Christmas. How cute are they? We were out shopping at Anthropologie on Black Friday, and I thought they were so cute, so she was kind enough to get them for me as part of my gift.
I tried on these pants for the first time this past weekend, as I was getting ready to take these pictures. I instantly fell in love with the fit of the pants but that happiness came to a halt when I realized that the censor was still on them. Ugh! Fortunately, I had enough time to go to Anthropologie to have the sensor removed, and make it back home in time to take these pictures before going to our New Years Eve event in Raleigh.
I purchased these navy blue flats a few weeks ago from Dillard’s. They were on sale and pretty comfortable so I couldn’t resist getting them in black too! I was long overdue for an update in the shoe department, so I was glad to be able to add these to my collection.
