I love all things beauty. One aspect of beauty that I really want to get into more is makeup. I do a decent job at my makeup, but I really want to improve. Because of my lifestyle, makeup is not required everyday. However, I would like to learn more about all the things (contouring, color correction, highlighting, applying lashes, perfecting my brows and applying beautiful eye shadow), so that when the time comes for an event, date night, girl’s night, etc., my makeup looks the part. My ultimate goal is to be able to do a “professional looking” soft/natural glam makeup look. I’ve taken a few lessons over the years, but definitely need to be consistent with practice.
Earlier this year, I was a part of a photo shoot and had the privilege of having my makeup done by Priscilla. She’s a talented Pro Makeup Artist that specializes in bridal, full and natural glams. Don’t you think she did a phenomenal job on my makeup? My makeup didn’t budge at all, it lasted the entire day (12+ hours). I was very impressed. Now I don’t have to be a makeup expert like Priscilla, but if I can come close to recreating the look she gave me, I will be pleased. I’ll keep you all updated on my progress.
